Through working in the State House and Senate, City Council, Court of Appeals, State’s Attorney’s Office and the private sector, Caylin learned that if we do things differently the people here in East Baltimore don’t have to get left behind.
A plan to focus on what matters
In the State House, Caylin will focus on getting East Baltimore the resources needed to improve people's lives. Caylin will fight to increase investments to improve public safety, fix our public schools, support neighborhood small businesses, create good-paying jobs and allow our seniors to age in place.
Together, we can change the focus in Annapolis and deliver the investments to our community that we can see and feel.
